If the system is displaying a 'pop-up window is blocked' message, you'll need to enable pop-up windows on the browser you're using in order to continue accessing courses on the flick system.

If you are unsure of how to change this in your browser settings, please see the below for instructions for the various web browsers;

Enable Pop-ups - Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the "Pop-ups" section, select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups." Customise permissions for specific websites by clicking Manage exceptions.

Enable Pop-ups - Chrome (iOS Apple Devices)

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
  2. Tap 'More' in the top right-hand corner (this sometimes looks like three little dots in a row) .
  3. Tap 'Settings' > 'Content Settings' > 'Block Pop-ups'.
  4. Turn pop-ups on or off by tapping the slider.

Enable Pop-ups - Safari
  1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences... and click the Security tab.
  2. Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Unchecking this option will allow pop-ups.
  3. To block pop-ups once again, check the Block pop-up windows checkbox.

Enable Pop-ups - Safari (iOS Apple Devices)

  1. Launch 'Settings'.
  2. Tap 'Safari'.
  3. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

Enable Pop-ups - Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the More button in the top right (the one with the three dots).
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Scroll down and click "View Advanced Settings."
  5. Click the slider under the heading that says "Block pop-ups."

Enable Pop-ups - Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select Internet options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
