The most common reason for not being able to download your certificates will be your subscription expiring. To check this

1. Click the ‘dashboard’ icon in the top black header.

2. On the admin dashboard screen, look at the ‘days left in plan’ information.

3. If this is expired, you will need to contact us to renew your subscription and you’ll then be able to access your certificates.
